Open your heart and keep the fence around

I took this photo some time ago. It stayed in my mind. It was in the summertime on the beautiful irish land.
This week, when I started to think about the next movement session Finding our Boundaries – this image came back to me.

This picture reminds me of my vulnerable state – soft and gentle – prone to injury.

Without boundaries, we remain in the realm of formlessness.

Boundaries help us to be more truthful to ourselves. When we stay present and aware of our boundaries, we are able to share our true gifts, our unique self — with the world around us.

Come on Sunday to the next session Moving with Desires and explore the space of your boundaries –  in your body and through the movement practice which is Open Floor.

The series of classes take place every Sunday for six weeks.

Our meetings will be suported by emodied movment practice which is Open Floor. We will use anchors to keep us rooted in our bodies, open in our hearts and attentive in our minds as we explore simply being present.

Price: 15€
75 € if paid in full (for 6 classes) by Sunday 30st of January
free of charge for refugees
